Andrew Emmerson is owner and distiller at Solway Spirits, he and his partner Kate take care of each and every bottle, from distilling to hand labeling and packaging.
First entry in the prestigious Great Taste Awards gave them 2 gold stars for their Ginsignia a 57% Navy Strength GIN – followed by a Gold in the Scottish Field Awards for their personal favourite Cortes Gin which has subtle hints of Elderflower and vanilla
