No question that this is anything other than toffee both in aroma and flavour. The well made vodka produces a warming finish that matches the strength of ‘burnt’ toffee flavour. It would work well in Irish coffee and hot chocolate.
A highly characterful example, with clear treacle notes alongside the rich toffee on the nose; sticky gingerbread and toffeed popcorn on the palate, markedly buttery. The sweetness is well matched by the abv, leading to an uncloying finish, with long persistence of dark toffee,,butter and a hint of spice.
Our Silky smooth vodka has been infused with luscious Treacle Toffee from the famous “Toffee Shop” in Penrith Cumbria, the shop has used the same original recipe for over 90 years.
Rich, deep dark and utterly delicious, perfect neat over ice, with sparkling apple juice, in cocktails or with Fever-tree spiced orange ginger ale enjoy !
