Tirril Brewery One of Cumbria’s longest established breweries. Family owned and proudly independent, brewers of traditional ales since 1999.
They brew using only the best ingredients, almost exclusively British, with the aim of making the finest beers without following trends or using gimmicks, but simply good old fashioned, beer flavoured beer, from hops, malt and pure Eden Valley water.

Ullswater Blonde 3.8%
A blonde ale that is a session ale in character, lightly hopped and very drinkable.
Windermere IPA 4.3%
This light beer uses two New World hops, Cascade and Liberty, to give plenty of hop flavor, without being overpowering. This version of the classic ale style has soon become one of Tirrell’s best loved ales.
Borrowdale Bitter 4.2%
Is a rosy amber ale, with good depth of malt character balanced with classic British hops for a good bitterness and hoppy finish. A classic British ale that is just a touch darker than their usual Best Bitter.
Premium Pilsner larger 5.00%
A superior lager, stronger and with more hop character than their Pennine Pilsner, but still only flavoured with Czech Saarz hops. Carbonated gently to complement its crisp refreshing nature.
