Wooden Spoon Apricots in Amaretto 475gms


  • Juicy apricots preserved in Amaretto
  • Delicious as an ice cream topping
  • Or served with “Barbados Cream”
    150mls greek yoghurt
    150mls whipped cream – combine with yoghurt
    Stir in 1 tablespoon of amaretto syrup
    Spread into  shallow dish
    Cover with 2 tbps of dark muscovado sugar
    refrigerate overnight
    Serve with Wooden spoon fruits
