We have a dedicated dispatch team in our Annan Distillery to ensure all orders received are carefully packed and shipped to you as soon as possible. Delivery prices and shipping times are listed below:

PLACING AN ORDER WITH US
Orders must be placed by persons 18 years or over
All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will contact you. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may be possible if you the buyer contacts us by email info@solwayspirits.co.uk or tel: 01461 758 388 not more than 3 hrs after placing the original order – leave message if not answered please

By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our terms of website use. Payment is taken by credit or debit card we do not accept amex. Payments can also be selected through the paypal gateway option
DELIVERY & CARRIAGE CHARGES
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify on your order. Due to the nature of the goods, deliveries will need to be signed for by someone over 18 years of age.
Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified and returned to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. If the goods not delivered please report this to us within two working days from the delivery date.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery, if the carriers are able to make the change. This will delay your delivery.
Goods will be dispatched from our distillery within 3 working days. We will deliver goods within 1-7 working days of dispatch. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from dispatching or delivering your goods as planned.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
Any goods returned or cancelled is at the customers own expense, goods must be undamaged, unopened and in original packaging. We recommend insuring the goods, personalised items can’t be returned.
At Solway Spirits we like to work with our customers, and will always do our very best to create the best possible result for both parties
Cancellation of an order must be made within 3 hours of placing the order, any order cancelled after this time may still be dispatched. Cancelled Orders after 3 hours can still be returned as stated above. Refunds will be given if the goods are in the conditions explained in this statement. Refunds may take up to 14 days to show in the customer account.
REFUND
We do not offer a refund policy on opened goods. If you are unsatisfied with the product you must contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
