Tirril brewery produce cordials from their own orchard, or by locally foraging hedgerows. We then infuse into our craft gin to produce unique products for their own range

This Great Taste 2 Star Award Winning Gin is produced here at Solway Spirits.
It is Exclusively available from Chestnut House
Over the years we have worked closely with Chestnut House in Pooley Bridge, a real food and drink emporium.
In 2018 we first produce to their request a "Cumberland Saucy Gin"
If you have not tried this pop into Chestnut House for a sample, it's a real winner. This has been endorsed by the Great Taste Awards receiving 2 Stars, a great accolade to the quality of the spirit.
Andrew owner of Chestnut House was then approached by Dalemain Country House, to create a Marmalade Gin to pay tribute to the famous Marmalade festival. Solway Spirits produced this to their unique recipe. This was so successful we went on to produce a Marmalade Whisky
