A lovely aroma comes from this gin; juniper leads with hints of angelica and citrus and a gentle, sweet earthiness. The same flavours come through in the mouth, the classic with ingredients of a London Dry gin, fragrant juniper, sweet angelica, a hint of citric acidity and a lovely earthy note of liquorice – all in perfect harmony. The aftertaste is long and clean with the citrus coming through quite strongly to leave a crisp, fresh finish.
