What the judges say:
This is a lovely, poised, seriously pretty golden gin, very floral and silkily delicate in style. There is a delightful balance between highly perfumed, yet super-fresh elderflower, combined harmoniously with gentle, herb and lavender honey. Nothing is overpowering. The two main flavours have married delightfully, backed up with subtle juniper and orange peel. Lively, refreshing and stylish, with a beautiful streak of fragrant elderflower on the finish.
